Charles Haig

  General Notes:

Arrived in Victoria on the ship Andromache in November 1848 aged 20. Also on the ship was Selina Miller - they later married in 1852. On the ship also was Lydia Miller aged 17 (? sister). Licensee of the Western Hotel, Wickliffe.

Charles married Selina Miller in Jan 1852 in Melbourne. (Selina Miller was born in 1832 in Farnsborough, England, died in 1916 and was buried in Wickliffe Cemetery, Wickliffe, VIC.)
